AI Settings and Configuration



Fine-tune how Suhep's AI handles customer questions.

Accessing AI Settings



Go to Dashboard → AI Settings or Admin → AI Configuration.

Key Settings



Auto-Resolution Threshold
  • Set the minimum confidence score for auto-resolution
  • Default: 80%
  • Lower it to resolve more tickets automatically (but risk lower accuracy)
  • Raise it for higher accuracy (but more tickets go to humans)


  • AI Response Style
  • Concise — short, direct answers
  • Detailed — comprehensive explanations with examples
  • Friendly — warm, conversational tone


  • Fallback Behavior When AI can't find an answer:
  • Create a ticket and route to an agent
  • Ask clarifying questions
  • Show related articles


  • Provider Settings



    Suhep supports multiple AI providers:
  • Built-in AI (default, no setup needed)
  • Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) for custom providers


  • Testing



    Use the Test AI panel to:
  • 1.Type a sample customer question
  • 2.See which article AI matches
  • 3.View the confidence score
  • 4.Adjust settings and re-test
