Suhep was born out of frustration. We watched small businesses pay $50/agent/month for Zendesk, only to use 10% of its features — while still missing WhatsApp, still responding slowly, still losing customers.
We built Suhep to fix that with practical ticketing, a knowledge base, live chat, email workflows, and AI-assisted resolution. Core setup stays simple, while advanced channels and rollout paths are reviewed before activation.
