Managing Your Subscription



Plan and billing changes should stay aligned with your workspace limits, payment state, and activation status.

Upgrading



  • 1.Open Pricing or Dashboard → Billing
  • 2.Review your current plan and usage
  • 3.For eligible INR plans, continue through secure Razorpay checkout
  • 4.For invoices, USD billing, enterprise, or reviewed accounts, email billing@suhep.com with the plan you want
  • 5.Suhep confirms activation timing and workspace changes after payment or billing confirmation


  • Downgrading



  • 1.Email billing@suhep.com from the account owner email
  • 2.Include the workspace name and requested lower plan
  • 3.Suhep reviews current usage against the lower plan limits
  • 4.If changes are needed, the team will confirm them before the downgrade


  • Canceling



    Cancellation requests are handled by the billing team. Email billing@suhep.com with your account email, workspace, and requested cancellation date.

    After cancellation, retention and export options depend on the billing arrangement active on the account. Ask for an export before closing the workspace if you need a copy of your support data.

    Updating Payment Method



    For Razorpay-paid workspaces, use the secure payment path shared during checkout or billing review. For invoice/manual accounts, contact billing@suhep.com and Suhep will share the correct payment or invoice path for your account.
