Account Settings



Manage your personal profile and account preferences.

Profile Settings



Go to Dashboard → Settings:

  • •Name — your display name visible to team members
  • •Email — your login email (cannot be changed after signup)
  • •Role — displayed but managed by the account owner


    • Changing Your Password



  • 1.Go to Dashboard → Settings
  • 2.Scroll to Change Password
  • 3.Enter your current password
  • 4.Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
  • 5.Click Update Password


    • Notification Preferences



    Control what emails you receive:
  • •Ticket updates — when tickets assigned to you are updated
  • •Newsletter — Suhep product updates and tips


    • Toggle each on/off from the Settings page.

    Deleting Your Account



    If you're the account owner:
  • 1.Go to Settings → Danger Zone
  • 2.Click Delete Account
  • 3.Type "DELETE" to confirm
  • 4.All data is permanently removed within 30 days


    • Individual team members can request removal from the account owner.
