Enabling Two-Factor Authentication



Protect your Suhep account with 2FA.

Setup



  • 1.Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security
  • 2.Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
  • 3.Scan the QR code with your authenticator app:
    • - Google Authenticator - Authy - 1Password
  • 4.Enter the 6-digit code to verify
  • 5.Save your backup codes securely


    • Logging In with 2FA



  • 1.Enter your email and password as usual
  • 2.When prompted, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
  • 3.Optional: check "Remember this device for 30 days"


    • Backup Codes



    When you enable 2FA, you receive 10 backup codes. Each can be used once:
  • •Store them in a password manager
  • •Print and keep in a safe place
  • •If you lose your authenticator, use a backup code to log in


    • Disabling 2FA



  • 1.Go to Settings → Security
  • 2.Click Disable 2FA
  • 3.Enter your password to confirm


    • Lost Authenticator?



    If you've lost access and used all backup codes:
  • 1.Contact support@suhep.com from your registered email
  • 2.We'll verify your identity
  • 3.2FA will be reset within 24 hours
