"Application Error" on Dashboard



Cause: Corrupted local data in your browser.

Fix:
  • 1.Open browser DevTools (F12)
  • 2.Go to Application → Storage
  • 3.Click Clear site data
  • 4.Reload the page


    • Can't Log In



    Cause: Wrong password or expired session.

    Fix:
  • 1.Click Forgot Password on the login page
  • 2.Check your email for the reset link
  • 3.Set a new password
  • 4.If using Google login, make sure you're signed into the correct Google account


    • Widget Not Showing on Website



    Cause: Embed code missing or incorrect.

    Fix:
  • 1.Verify the embed code is before in your HTML
  • 2.Check the data-site-id matches your Suhep site ID
  • 3.Clear your browser cache
  • 4.Check for JavaScript errors in the console


    • AI Not Suggesting Responses



    Cause: No matching KB articles or AI disabled.

    Fix:
  • 1.Go to Dashboard → AI Settings
  • 2.Verify AI is enabled
  • 3.Check if you have at least 5 KB articles
  • 4.Review the confidence threshold (try lowering to 60%)


    • Emails Not Sending



    Cause: Email notifications may be disabled.

    Fix:
  • 1.Go to Settings → Notifications
  • 2.Ensure email notifications are toggled on
  • 3.Check spam folders
  • 4.Verify the sender email in Admin settings
