Custom Dashboard Views



Create saved views with specific filters:
  • 1.Go to Analytics
  • 2.Set your filters (date, category, agent, priority)
  • 3.Click Save View
  • 4.Name it (e.g., "Weekly Billing Summary")
  • 5.Access it anytime from the Views dropdown




  • Weekly Team Review:
  • Date range: last 7 days
  • Metrics: tickets handled, avg response time, SLA compliance
  • Group by: agent


  • Monthly Executive Summary:
  • Date range: last 30 days
  • Metrics: total tickets, AI resolution rate, customer satisfaction
  • Group by: category


  • Daily Operations:
  • Date range: today
  • Metrics: open tickets, SLA at-risk, queue depth
  • Filter: unresolved only


  • Scheduling (Business Plan)



    Set reports to auto-generate and email:
  • 1.Create a custom view
  • 2.Click Schedule
  • 3.Set frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • 4.Enter recipient emails
  • 5.Reports arrive at 8 AM in your timezone
