Searching and Filtering Tickets



Find any ticket quickly with search and filters.



Use the search bar at the top of the tickets page:
  • Search by subject, customer name, or email
  • Results update as you type


  • Filters



    Narrow down tickets by:
  • Status — open, in-progress, pending, resolved, closed, AI resolved
  • Priority — urgent, high, medium, low
  • Category — billing, technical, general, etc.
  • Assigned To — specific agent or unassigned
  • Date Range — created within a time period


  • Saved Views



    Create custom views for common filters:
  • "My Open Tickets" — assigned to me + status: open
  • "Urgent Unresolved" — priority: urgent + not resolved
  • "AI Resolved Today" — status: AI resolved + today


  • Sorting



    Sort tickets by:
  • Newest first (default)
  • Oldest first
  • Priority (highest first)
  • Last updated
