Searching and Filtering Tickets
Find any ticket quickly with search and filters.
Quick Search
Use the search bar at the top of the tickets page:
•Search by subject, customer name, or email
•Results update as you type
Filters
Narrow down tickets by:
•Status — open, in-progress, pending, resolved, closed, AI resolved
•Priority — urgent, high, medium, low
•Category — billing, technical, general, etc.
•Assigned To — specific agent or unassigned
•Date Range — created within a time period
Saved Views
Create custom views for common filters:
•"My Open Tickets" — assigned to me + status: open
•"Urgent Unresolved" — priority: urgent + not resolved
•"AI Resolved Today" — status: AI resolved + today
Sorting
Sort tickets by:
•Newest first (default)
•Oldest first
•Priority (highest first)
•Last updated
